Personal data we collect
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to submit, which may include your name, business contact details, organisation, job role and the contents of your message. The form is provided using HubSpot’s EU1 form embed. HubSpot may process information on our behalf to provide the form and related services.
When you use the Site, our hosting and service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the Site, such as request and device information. The Site does not currently use a separate analytics product.
How and why we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries and take steps you request before entering a business relationship.
- To operate, secure and maintain the Site and contact form, based on our legitimate interests in running our business and online services.
- To meet legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims where necessary.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your rights and interests. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated purposes without informing you where required by law.
Who receives personal data?
We may share relevant personal data with service providers who help operate the Site and handle enquiries, including HubSpot, and with our professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to comply with law or protect our rights. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Our service providers may process personal data in countries outside the United Kingdom. Where a transfer is subject to UK data protection law, we use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguards relevant to your data.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. Technical information is kept for the period needed for security and service operation. Retention periods can vary based on the nature of the enquiry and applicable requirements.
Your rights
Depending on your location and the circumstances, data protection law may give you the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; to restrict or object to some processing; to receive data in a portable format; or to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. In the UK, that authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
To exercise a right or ask a question about this notice, use our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
