Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 October 2026
These terms govern use of the WIREMAP website at wiremap.dev and the WIREMAP hosted platform, including its applications, APIs and related services (the “Platform”, and together with the website, the “Services”). The Services are operated by LEVERAGE LTD (“WIREMAP”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16957460.
By signing an order or service form that refers to these terms, or by accessing or using the Platform, you agree to them. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree or lack authority, do not access or use the Platform.
Any order form, service agreement or data processing agreement between your organisation and WIREMAP supplements these terms. If they conflict, the signed agreement governs the specific service, commercial terms or data-processing activity it covers.
Accounts and organisations
Platform access is restricted to authorised users. You and your organisation are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials secure, managing user permissions, and activity carried out through your accounts. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Organisation administrators are responsible for inviting and removing users and setting their access rights.
Authorised security testing
The Platform supports security assessments, including automated and AI-assisted testing. Before initiating any test, you must have written permission from the owner or authorised operator of every target and define the permitted targets, methods, timing and limits. You must configure and follow the approved scope, including exclusions, and stop testing if permission is withdrawn or you discover activity outside scope.
You are responsible for the legality and safety of each assessment, confirming that credentials and test data may be used, and coordinating with affected system owners. Testing can generate traffic or affect systems and services. You must assess those risks, use suitable safeguards and monitor tests. Do not use the Platform for unauthorised access, disruption, unlawful activity or testing outside approved scope.
Customer content and credentials
Your organisation retains its rights in data, targets, credentials, configurations, findings, reports and other material submitted to or generated through its use of the Platform (“Customer Content”). You grant WIREMAP permission to host, copy, transmit and process Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain and support the Services and meet legal obligations.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit Customer Content and use it in an assessment. You are responsible for deciding what information to upload, safeguarding credentials and secrets, and maintaining appropriate copies of important content.
AI features and third-party services
The Platform may use AI models, tools and other third-party services that you or your organisation enable or configure. Data required to run those features may be sent to the relevant provider. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s terms and settings and ensuring your use and data transfers are authorised.
AI-generated suggestions, test results and reports can be incomplete or inaccurate. A qualified person must review evidence and outputs before relying on them, sharing them or taking action. The Platform does not replace professional judgement or guarantee that a system is secure or that an assessment will find every issue.
Content and intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Services, software, documentation, design and WIREMAP branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during your authorised access, subject to these terms and any applicable order. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits in the Services, except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.
You may use and share reports and other outputs generated for your organisation, subject to third-party rights and your order terms. WIREMAP and related names and marks may not be used without our prior written permission.
Fees, availability and changes
Fees, usage limits, credits, support commitments and payment terms are those stated in your order or other written agreement with us. The website’s descriptions do not set a price or promise a service level. If no service level is agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update or change the Services. We may suspend access where reasonably needed to address a security risk, comply with law, prevent harm, address a material breach or resolve overdue payment under an order. Where practicable, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Third-party services and links
The Services may connect to third-party websites, software, models or providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability or operation.
Availability and liability
The Services and their outputs are provided for your organisation’s assessment and workflow needs. Unless expressly stated in a signed order, we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose or identify every security issue.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your inability to use the Services or from decisions made solely on unreviewed Platform output. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not affect rights that cannot be limited by applicable law.
Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice covers personal data collected through the public website and enquiry form. Platform customer data is handled under applicable service and data-processing terms. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies used on the website and Platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The “Last updated” date shows when the current version took effect. Please review this page from time to time.
Governing law and international visitors
These terms and any dispute or claim connected with them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your local courts and to rely on mandatory protections provided by the law where you live. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited in your jurisdiction.
